about

To mark the 10th anniversary of Joe Strummer’s passing, The Fiftyniners pay homage to his memory recording live in the studio two of the most emblematic songs of his career. Sonny Curtis’ “I Fought The Law” was one of the Strummer’s favourite tracks, while “London Calling” is one of the most renowned and representative Clash songs. More than ever we need Joe Strummer, the father of punk who, beyond revolutionising music history, taught us to look at the world from a different point of view: true, free and rock’n’roll.
